Why Be a Patron?
Katy has become one of the fastest growing communities in Texas due to the exceptional education system present in the Katy Independent School District. Strong extracurricular programs, a major reason for the success of KISD, have also proven to help students succeed in life by assisting them in pursuing lifelong goals. The Taylor PlayMakers are devoted to helping students learn the craft of theatre arts in the form of delivering both entertaining and superior productions. We continue to break box office records each year and have reached the state level in the UIL One Act Play competition over ten times. For the 2011-12 Season, we have four fantastic productions planned.
Due to the limited amount of funding provided by the district, outside financial assistance is needed for building and renting sets and costumes for productions, traveling to competitions around the state, presenting scholarship funds for graduating seniors, and supplying various other production items not covered by the department. Your tax-deductible donation will provide that needed assistance. We know that any sponsorship requires a return on investment, and we strongly believe your marketing exposure as a Patron for our organization will help you achieve that return. This win-win scenario markets your business to potential clients while supporting the dedicated and talented students in our program.
Your listing will be seen thousands of times over the course of the year in our production programs as well as on our website. Additional benefits may also be available to you depending on your level of patronage.
